I have to be honest, I had never used cilantro in any recipes prior to making these and I LOVE it. I have had it in fresh salsa plenty of times but truly never realized that was the refreshing taste I loved in it! Slightly embarrassing considering I love nothing more than using fresh ingredients and trying new flavors.

Anywho, as I mentioned there is cilantro in these and it gives the perfect lightness to these delicious wraps! They are so simple yet so satisfying. I used to think for things to be mouthwatering amazing, they had to be jam packed with flavor… I was SO wrong! With only FIVE ingredients, this is probably my all time favorite lunch go to and the best part? My kids and husband love them too!

How can you go wrong with grilled chicken, creamy ranch, fresh cilantro and shredded mozzarella? It is a refreshing, light, yet filling meal that goes great by itself or with any side of your choice. My kids live for Veggie Straws and fresh fruit, so that is typically our sides.

If I could wrap everything in a tortilla and grill it believe me, I would! I fry our taco shells, fajitas, crispitos… literally anything! So of course these are my favorite lunches as of now.

Chicken Ranch Wrap

Course Main Course
Keyword Chicken, Ranch, Wrap
Total Time 15 minutes

  • 4-5 Soft Tortillas
  • 2 Cooked Chicken Breasts Sliced
  • Ranch
  • Cilantro
  • Shredded Mozzarella

  1. Preheat grill or skillet and warm up a tablespoon or two of oil.

  2. Pre cook your chicken breasts. I used a store bought blend called Montreal Chicken and S&P.

  3. Place your tortilla on a plate. Start with chicken, then sprinkle shredded cheese, add chopped fresh cilantro and top with ranch.

  4. Wrap like a burrito and place on a grill or pan, cooking just long enough to crisp to a golden color.

Recipe Notes

You can find the Montreal Chicken seasoning about anywhere, I bought ours from Wal-Mart.---

Feel free to use desired amounts of any ingredients, just make sure you leave room to wrap it up!---

I used smaller tortillas for the kids than I did ours. When done, I cut them all in half to cool and they're easier to eat.---

You can skip putting them on the grill and just eat them without if you choose, I like the added texture and flavor!---
