Strawberry Sauce

Perfect sauce for pancakes, french toast or even ice cream!


  • 1 lb strawberries one package frozen
  • 1/4 C white sugar
  • 2 Tbsp Lemon juice fresh is preferred


  1. Remove stems and dice strawberries.

  2. Add all ingredients in to sauce pan over medium heat.

  3. Bring sauce to a soft boil and stir occasionally. Boil for around 5 minutes.

  4. You can now either add sauce to a blender if you do not like 'chunks' or just mash them slightly with a fork to have pieces of strawberry in your sauce.

  5. *If you would like to thicken your sauce, add 2 tsp. of cornstarch to 2 tbsp. of water. Add this mixture to the strawberry sauce before removing from the heat.
