Looking for a healthy alternative to junk food, but need something quick, easy and ready to go? These bites are the perfect snack for all ages. There are so many ways to change them and make them your own! We have made them with almond and peanut butter, so any variety of nut butter would work fantastic. The additional flavors such as dark chocolate chips, coconut, dried fruit, and nuts are all interchangeable as well! Have fun and get creative while sneaking in a healthy treat the whole family will love!

Almond Butter Bites

Healthy snacks everyone will enjoy! So versatile, you can add or remove anything you don't care for. Great for every age, toddlers through adults!

Course Snack

Ingredients

  • 1 C Oatmeal
  • 1/2 C Chia Seeds
  • 1/2 C Almond Butter
  • 1/4 C Honey
  • 1/4 C Ground Flax Seeds
  • 1/4 C Coconut Flakes sweetened or unsweetened
  • 1/4 C White Chocolate Chips can switch out for dark chocolate

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together.

  2. Scoop out balls and place them on a sheet pan lined with parchment or wax paper. I like to use a large melon scoop, not an ice cream scoop. They are the perfect size for snacking!
