This quick and easy meal is perfect for spring and summer, or any time really! If you like to prep food, this is for you. Throw some precooked chicken (homemade or store bought) in to a pan or microwave to warm it up and add the rest. Whether you prefer cooked or fresh, this wrap is a real treat for all!


Avocado Chicken Burrito

Quick and healthy wrap everyone can enjoy!


  • 2 Cooked Chicken Breasts Shredded or Sliced
  • 1 Avocado Sliced or Diced
  • 4-5 Burrito Size Tortilla
  • 1 C Shredded Cheese Mexican Style or Cheddar
  • 2 Tbsp Cilantro Fresh is best but dried works okay too!
  • 1 Tbsp Olive Oil


  1. Prepare chicken first. Cook and slice or shred. I chose to cook mine on the stove top and season with Montreal Chicken Seasoning.

  2. After chicken is finished, heat olive oil in a clean pan. Do not start it while the chicken is cooking or it will get too hot and burn.

  3. While oil is warming up, prepare burritos. Place cooked chicken first, shredded cheese and then avocado slices. Top everything with a sprinkle of cilantro.

  4. Fold ends of burrito in and roll up sides. Place in heated pan for 1-2 minutes and flip. Repeat on opposite side.
