- 1 C Butter (Unsalted) Melted
- 1 1/4 C Brown Sugar
- 2 Eggs Room Temperature
- 1 1/2 Tsp Vanilla
- 1/4-1/2 Tsp Salt (depending on salted or unsalted butter)
- 2 Tsp Baking Powder
- 2 C Flour
- 1/2 C White Chocolate Chips You can add anything else you like or switch these out.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a 9x13 pan with parchment paper.
Mix butter and brown sugar in a medium bowl.
Add eggs and vanilla. (Mixes better if eggs are room temperature.)
Sift together salt, baking powder and flour. Mix with wet ingredients until just combined.
Lightly stir in chips or any other add ins with a spatula.
Pour batter in to prepared pan and spread evenly with spatula.
Bake at 350 for 20-23 minutes. Bars should be just golden.
Let them cool completely before removing from the pan. Once cooled, pull out bars in parchment paper. Cut in to individual bars and store in airtight container.
