This is our go to recipe for light and fluffy pancakes. Our kids go hog wild when it comes to any sort of pancakes so we make sure to always have variant of these in our freezer. We love to add chocolate chips, sprinkles or fruit to these to switch it up!

Instructions

  • Melt butter in microwave for 30 seconds.

  • Set batter aside to rest while you heat griddle. Warm up to medium/high heat. Spray with cooking spray.
  • Once warm, use ¼ measuring cup or ice cream scoop to pour batter on to warm skillet. Ready to flip when bubbles form.
